What happens next?

Once we make contact a rough estimate can normally be given straight away. If this meets with your approval and we agree a mutual interest in carrying out the job then depending on your location we may ask you to send us a couple of photos via email so we can give a better estimate, or quote there and then. If this is not conclusive, or the job is likely to be difficult or requires a lot of repairs for example then we would arrange to conduct a free site survey after which a written quotation will be sent to you.
